The rules that keep the Prestige Bid Sale fair for every wholesaler.
Bidding is open to licensed motor vehicle dealers only. A valid dealer license and resale tax ID must be on file and approved before bids can be placed.
Bids may only be submitted during posted sale hours (Fridays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Bids placed outside the window are not accepted. The closing time is firm.
All bids are binding. The highest bid at or above the floor wins. If you win a vehicle you are responsible for payment and removal.
All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Inspect and test drive before you bid — appraisal is the buyer's responsibility.
Winning invoices are due promptly. Title is released after payment clears and the vehicle is removed. The sooner you pay and remove, the sooner you receive your title.
Tampering with vehicles will not be tolerated. If anyone is even suspected of tampering, they will be asked to leave, their bids forfeited, along with any future bidding privileges. Surveillance cameras are in use.
